Five Point Nine Studios is a artist owned custom tattoo studio, piercing parlor, and art gallery nestled on the corner of East State Blvd. and California Ave. in the East State Village Business District. 'We are conveniently located to serve our community with custom tattoo art and body piercings. We also display fine art by artists locally and across the United States.'Delaney has been tattooing for a little over 16 years and Scott has been piercing for 6 years. We decided to open this shop to bring a change to the tattooing industry in this area. Tattooing hasn't been legal here long enough for people to understand the importance of getting a good tattoo in a clean friendly sterile environment.'Our facility complies with all local Board of Health codes and standards.
