Additionally, I teach (on site) the Moderate Risk De-leading Class to home owners, landlords and his agents to inexpensively de lead their apartments and homes. I provide guidance, advice, and support to all who are trapped by the oppressive Lead Paint Regulations. I am licensed in Massachusetts and New York as a Home and Lead Paint Inspector, and have been in the Inspection business since 1985.
