Shavon Boughton, owner and founder of Salon BOIO is a native of Norfolk, Va., who has more than 20 years of experience in the hair industry. She has worked alongside industry leading stylists and educators including, Patric Bradley. Boughton studied at Old Dominion 'University earning a bachelor's degree in psychology. After discovering a passion for styling hair and more importantly hair care, she set out to unveil and maintain the beauty of women in the Hampton Roads area and has been doing so for more than two decades. Our stylists cater to the unique needs of each client, offering styles that reflect the current trends and accentuate beauty from the inside-out.
